Who we are
Subway Menu US ("we", "us") operates this website as an independent editorial publication. We are not affiliated with Subway® IP LLC. You can reach us at hello@subwaymenu.us.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply and to correct our content.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically logs IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and timestamps for security and reliability purposes.
- Analytics information. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are read, in aggregate. We do not attempt to identify individual readers.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not sell personal information.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them for essential site functionality and, where enabled, for analytics and advertising as described below. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential parts of the site will still work.
Third-party advertising
This site is supported by display advertising and may serve ads through third-party networks, including Google and its partners.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info.
- Third-party advertising partners may also use web beacons and similar technologies to measure ad performance. We do not control those technologies and do not receive your personal information from them.
Where required by law (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), advertising and analytics cookies are set only after you have given consent through a consent notice, and you may withdraw consent at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing, and to data portability. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to opt out of its sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. To exercise any right, email hello@subwaymenu.us.
Data retention and security
Email correspondence is retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting correction. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
